I’m the same fellow Buddhist/geek who left the Comment in Jan, coming back to check where you’re at. I like the couch-to-meditation advice. I’d like to see you market it as a self-help course or DVD. Problem is that successful marketting usually requires hype to the edge of dishonesty, and I think that may violate one of those Buddhist precepts. Catch 22.
